CONMEBOL Initiates Bidding Process for “PRICE BIDDING FOR PHOTOGRAPHY FOR CONMEBOL COPA AMERICA 2024 «
Bids are required to be exclusively submitted to the designated email address, ofertasca@conmebol.com. Please note that physical offers or submissions at CONMEBOL offices will not be accepted.
Contest deadlines: (Specified in Paraguay’s official time)
- Release of the bid documents: December 15, 2023
- Contest registration: by sending an email to ofertasca@conmebol.com until December 20, 2023, by 23:59
- Reception of inquiries and concerns: January 8, 2024, until 23:59
- CONMEBOL responses: January 11, 2024, until 23:59
- Submission of bids: January 19, 2024, until 23:59
- Adjudication: within 60 days after receiving the bids
All communications pertaining to the contest must be exclusively directed to the email address ofertasca@conmebol.com, without the inclusion of any other CONMEBOL email in the communication.
Bids are to be submitted exclusively through email to the following address: ofertasca@conmebol.com. Physical proposals or folders delivered to CONMEBOL offices will not be considered.
