On Thursday in the Cinquantenaire stadium members of Group A of the Women's Copa Libertadores marked their debuts with a draw.
In a two-legged match both Real Pasión and Cerro Porteño drew 0-0.

The surprise of the day was the game between defending champion Sao Jose and Estudiantes de Guárico with a final score of 1-1.
In the 41st minute Estudiantes de Guarico went ahead with a goal via penalty from Ysaura Viso. Sao Jose almost scored the equalizer, also through a penalty, but the goalkeeper held on to the shot.
Finally 86 minutes in Renata Fernandes scored the equalizer for the Brazilians.
On Saturday, October 31, Real Pasión faces Estudiantes de Guárico at noon and Sao Jose play against Cerro Porteño starting at 3:30 pm. Both matches will be played in the Cincuentenario Stadium in Medellin.
